B.A., B.Ed.
Chantelle has worked as a training facilitator for various municipalities in the Lower Mainland, as well as Fire and Rescue Services, Public Health organizations, Public and Private Schools, Mining and Mill companies and more. She is also a public school educator in North Vancouver and a mother of two busy boys. Chantelle credits her public speaking skills from her previous career in Radio Broadcasting and also from being a fairly outgoing and enthusiastic human. Or so she is told.
Chantelle Nascimento (she/her), a passionate facilitator and public speaker, specializes in DEI Workplace Training. Combining her background in education alongside her extensive training experience, she guides clients in cultivating consciously inclusive workplaces.
She empowers teams to embrace diversity, enhance communication, and build a genuine culture of inclusivity. Drawing from her personal experiences growing up biracial in Canada, she navigates difficult conversations on diversity and belonging with humour, authenticity, and compassion.
Chantelle guides her participants through topics and ideas that are relevant to creating a workplace designed for the current world and cultural climate we live in. She helps organizations create a safe place for all employees to feel free to be their true, authentic, wonderful selves. Chantelle takes the time to get to know her clients to gain a deeper understanding of where they are, and where they want to go.
She’s eager to take them on the journey to creating a more Conscious Culture.
