EMPLOYEE GROUP TRAINING
These sessions cover organizational DEI (Diversity,Equity,Inclusion) initiatives, Anti-Racist and Anti-Discriminatory policies (if applicable), and how to navigate challenging workplace conversations and interactions.
Participants gain insight into unconscious biases, subtle acts of exclusion/micro-aggressions, equity vs equality, active by-standing, how to address inappropriate behaviours, and how to play a role in supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
These sessions are designed to empower employees to become more skilled communicators, effective allies, and inclusivity advocates.

LEADERSHIP / MANAGEMENT GROUP TRAINING
These sessions introduce the same concepts in the DEI Employee Group Training with the added component of providing insight into employee suggestions and recommendations.
Leaders are guided through collaborative discussions on how to live organizational values and DEI Policies through their actions and by developing meaningful relationships with employees.
Multiple levels of this training are available and are customizable.

Lunch and Learn
Micro lessons that dive into specific topics which support your DEI initiatives and/or Anti-Racist and Anti-Discrimination Polices.

inclusion through connection
Teams come together to learn more about one another and explore how to be compassionately curious about who we are, how we connect, and how we belong. This workshop empowers teams to cope and work through conflict more effectively and compassionately by getting to know one another in meaningful ways. A sense of belonging ties diversity, equity, and inclusion together.
“Inclusion through Connection” supports teams as they grow towards being skilled communicators and exceptional leaders for cultural change within (and outside of) the workplace.
